AI workforce for builders & contractors

Win more work. Stop being the bottleneck.

Clair builds AI Business Developers, Follow-Up Coordinators and Operations Managers for remodelers, custom home builders and concrete and excavation contractors — so leads get answered, estimates get followed up, and the business stops running through you.

  • Leads answered.
  • Estimates followed up.
  • Jobs kept on track.
You stay in control.

Clair can start by reading, organizing and drafting. You decide what needs your approval — and what it’s eventually allowed to handle on its own.

How it works

Clair builds AI employees for builders and contractors.

Not a chat window you have to remember to open. Not another app your crew has to learn. An AI Business Developer, Follow-Up Coordinator or Operations Manager, set up around your jobs, your people and the software you already use. It follows up, keeps track and keeps jobs moving — and brings you only what needs a person.

  • Follows upNew inquiries, estimates, bids, past clients and the partners who send you work.
  • Keeps trackSchedules, subs, suppliers and client updates — in the systems you already use, where connected.
  • Brings youOnly the decisions that need a person.

  1. Lead

Hi — we’re thinking about finishing our basement. Is that something you do?

  2. Clair

It is. Roughly how big is the space, and when are you hoping to start?

  3. Lead

About 900 square feet. Ideally before the holidays.

  4. Clair

Thanks, Jen. The next step is a quick site visit so we can see the space. I’ll check the schedule and send you a couple of times.

AI employees

Roles inside your company. Not a robot.

Two help you win the work. One helps you run it. Each has a job, a scope and people it reports to — like anyone else you’d hire.

On the job

What it looks like on a normal Tuesday.

Your people keep working the way they already work. Clair does the follow-up nobody has time for.

The estimate went out. Clair makes sure it doesn’t go quiet.

Big estimates often don’t get a no. They get quiet — while the client talks to two other contractors. Clair checks in on the schedule you set and hands you the replies that need a person.

Winning work

The builders and partners who should be sending you work.

For site contractors, it’s builders and GCs. For remodelers, it’s realtors, designers and past clients. Winning them takes research, a good first message and patient follow-up — the part that never makes it onto anyone’s calendar.

Uses what it found — without making it weird.

Owner briefing

Know what’s happening without asking.

Your AI Operations Manager reads across every job, lead and bid and tells you what matters — not everything that happened. Exceptions first. You make the calls.

Proof

We’re already building this for a real builder.

Core Connect is the operations system we’re building with Corey’s Construction, a residential modular home builder. It isn’t a replacement for the software they already use — it does the work of keeping it all connected, so the owner isn’t the one holding it together.

  • Built around how they already workTheir stages, their trades, their schedule — not a generic template.
  • Checks the schedule, not just stores itA scheduling check that flags when a set day is at risk, before anyone has to ask.

What it covers

  • Sales pipeline
  • Production schedule
  • Procurement
  • Daily huddle & company feed
  • Set-day scheduling check

Built around one question: will the house and the site be ready on set day?

We don’t publish Corey’s numbers. We’ll walk you through Core Connect on a call.

Built for your team. Not instead of them.

Give your best people help with everything around the work.

Your estimator

should estimate.

Not chase replies for three weeks.

Your PM

should run jobs and people.

Not copy updates between five systems.

You

should lead the company.

Not be its human notification system.

Clair takes the follow-up, the updates and the chasing. Your people keep the judgment, the relationships and the jobsite.

Trust & control

“Sounds good. But I’m not letting AI run my company.”

Neither would we.

You decide how much rope Clair gets.

Start with visibility. Add responsibility as trust grows.

Clair starts by watching and organizing. It earns responsibility one step at a time — and only the steps you allow.

Approve what matters

You choose which actions need a human yes. Start with all of them.

Control the access

Clair sees only the systems you connect, and does only what you allow.

Expect mistakes

Clair can get things wrong. That’s why it starts by preparing, not sending.

Your systems

You already have software. Clair helps your team get more out of it.

Keep the software you already paid for — project management, estimating, accounting, email and calendar. Clair is configured around the systems your company relies on, where supported, so your team doesn’t rebuild the business around a new tool.

We confirm what connects during setup. If a system can’t be connected, we’ll tell you — and what that means for the job Clair can do.

The business case

Clair doesn’t have to replace an employee to pay for itself.

Contractors rarely lose money in one big moment. They lose it in estimates nobody followed up, partners nobody called and small things nobody had time to catch.

  1. 01Follow up on the estimate that went quiet.
  2. 02Stay in touch with the builders and realtors who send you work.
  3. 03Never miss a bid deadline.
  4. 04Get back to new inquiries the same day.
  5. 05Catch a schedule conflict before it costs a day.
  6. 06Update clients before they call you.
  7. 07Catch a forgotten change order.
  8. 08Get your evenings back.

One recovered estimate can matter more than a month of software.

We don’t promise results. We look at where work is slipping through today and show you where Clair could help.

Getting started

We set it up. Your team keeps working.

Clair isn’t “sign up and figure it out.” It’s built around your company, with you.

  1. 01

    We learn your company

Your people, process, jobs, the partners who send you work — and where things slip through.

  2. 02

    We connect the right systems

Where supported, we connect what Clair needs for its job. Nothing more.

  3. 03

    We build your AI employee

Configured around the role you need — business development, follow-up or operations.

  4. 04

    Start with oversight

Clair begins by reading, organizing and drafting. Your team approves what goes out.

  5. 05

    Expand responsibility

As your team gets comfortable, routine work you approve can run on its own.

Questions

The questions you should be asking.

Is Clair replacing my employees?

No. Clair takes the follow-up, updates and chasing that eat your team’s day, so your people have more capacity. Your estimators, PMs and supers keep the judgment, the relationships and the jobsite.

Have you built this for a real contractor?

Yes. We’re building Core Connect with Corey’s Construction, a residential modular home builder — an operations system covering their sales pipeline, production schedule, procurement and daily huddle. It’s a working system heading into its first pilot. We’ll walk you through it on a call.

What happens if Clair gets something wrong?

It will sometimes. That’s why it starts by drafting and recommending, not sending. Every flag shows its source so your team can check it, and important actions wait for a person to approve them.

Can Clair send messages without approval?

Only if you decide it can. Start with approval on everything. If you later trust it with routine work, like confirming a site visit, you set that rule — and you can take it back.

Will clients and partners know they’re dealing with AI?

Messages go out from your company, and we set Clair up to be upfront that it’s an AI assistant when it’s talking with someone directly. Anyone who wants a person gets one.

Will my crews need to learn new software?

The goal is no. Crews keep texting, calling and sending photos the way they already do, and Clair turns that into records. Exactly how depends on your setup, which we work out with you.

Can Clair work with our current software?

Often, but it depends on what you use. During setup we confirm which systems Clair can connect to and what it can do with each one. If something can’t be connected, we’ll tell you plainly.

How long does setup take?

It depends on your company, your systems and the role you start with. We give you a realistic timeline after we understand what you need — not a number we made up beforehand.

Is Clair just a chat app you type questions into?

No. A chat app waits for you to ask it something. Clair is set up around your company — your jobs, people, systems and approval rules — and does ongoing work: following up, keeping track, flagging problems. The AI underneath can change over time. The job Clair does for you is what we build.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we’d recommend it. Start with one AI employee — usually estimate follow-up — with approvals on everything. Add more once it’s proving useful.

What does Clair cost?

It depends on the role, the size of your company and the systems involved. Tell us where work is slipping through and we’ll come back with what Clair could take on — and what it would cost.

Everything shouldn’tcome back to you.

Your company is growing.

Your workload doesn’t have to grow with it.

Tell us where work is slipping through. We’ll show you what Clair could take off your plate.

  • No rip-and-replace.
  • Nothing goes out without your say-so.
  • Start with the follow-up you already know is slipping.
